At Clocks and Colours, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our heavy-metal inspired pieces and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original Clocks and Colours packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our vault team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
