What materials are used in your jewelry?
All Clocks and Colours pieces are handcrafted from premium materials, primarily solid 925 sterling silver and high-grade stainless steel. We use genuine stones and oxidized finishes to achieve our signature rugged look.
How do I determine my ring size?
We recommend using our official size guide found on each product page. For the most accurate fit, we suggest visiting a local jeweler to have your finger measured, as our rings are solid and cannot be easily resized.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Does the silver tarnish over time?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air and moisture. We intentionally apply an oxidized finish to many pieces to enhance detail; however, you can maintain the shine by using a microfiber polishing cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All items are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or lost items.
